The casheir used profanity in a conversation with the bagger. The conversation continued while serving customers. He was distracted and short changed one of the customers. She came back to get her money. Also, the cashier totaled our bill without asking for the kroger card when the customer had the card In front of him at the beginning and throughout the transaction. I am a loyal Kroger shopper. Everything is easy to find, our store in Gahanna is beautiful and clean and what a great bonus with the fueldiscount. I really miss the 8 fuel discounts though. I hope they bring that back and keep it as their promotion. I have always saved

I recently stopped at the new Krgoger Gas on East sonte Drive in Kingsport Tn.. Went to get gas and found out they would not take my debt card which I have used in the store several times. After a few tries i went to the window and asked why it wouldnt work. He told me cause it was from a credit union.. I have used this card through out the lower 48 states and Canada and it worked and now to hear this its not right. so whats the problem - posted 40 months ago by ron
