This link establishment has been made possible due to the combined efforts of the ATG, the creators of this web site and a few correction agencies. Correction agencies are the ones which interact with the jail inmates and try to change their outlook, so that they can start a fresh and a new life after getting released. These agencies will work with convicts in the jail who have committed petty crimes like pickpocketing and stealing.
Usually the relatives and the friends of the jail convicts receive a requisition from the correction agency on behalf of the jailed convict.
