For this reason, it encourages you to participate in its customer survey and share your most recent dining experience in one of its restaurants. You can participate in this survey by entering the 17-digit survey code that you will find at the bottom of your receipt. If your receipt does not contain the survey code, you can enter the store number from the top of your receipt to participate in this. The site provides you the links, which demonstrate the locations of the survey code and store number on a receipt.

The establishment was cold and so was the food. The burger was crazy dry you could've choked. what made it bearable was the staff was extremly pleasant, that topped the bad food.

When we entered the restaurant no one greeted us. No one was in the front of the store and finally a lady said “I’ll be right there”. A lady came to the register in front of us and Yelled very loudly “I’m with a customer!” The food arrived at our table and the food was not as hot as we expected. One burger had very little lettuce on it and we told the same person that brought the food. She stated “I didn’t cook it and I can bring you some more lettuce in a cup.”We said no that’s okay” and moved lettuce from one burger to the other.
