www.MadMenCastingCall.com or MadMenCastingCall.AMCTv.com is the site through which you can participate in this Contest, between 5:00:00 p.m. on 11th August 2011 and 5:00:00 p.m. on 25th September 2011, without making any purchase. To participate, you need to fill up the registration form, with some of your basic information, in any of these sites and upload your photograph depicting your Mad Man or Mad Woman style. During the entire Contest period, you can participate only once; therefore, you should be mindful of the fact that the photograph should be, hitherto, an unpublished one; should be of high quality and devoid of vulgarism as well as should be within 3MB file size in JPEG format.

From 5:00:00 p.m. on 12th August 2011 till 5:00:00 p.m. on 9th September 2011, termed as the ‘Public Judging Phase’, you photograph along with all other participants will be uploaded on this site for public viewing and voting. If your photograph receives the requisite number of votes to become one (1) of the top ten (10) entries, either in male or female category, you will become one (1) of the twenty (20) semi-finalists. Around 30th September 2011; Matthew Weiner, the creator and executive producer of the American dramatic television series - Mad Men, will select the Grand Prize winner from the twenty (20) semi-finalists. If your photograph receives the maximum cumulative points from Matthew Weiner, under the ‘Mad Men’ style carrying 60% weight age and ‘Originality’ having 40% weight age, you will be declared the Grand Prize winner. From the rest nineteen (19) semi-finalists, two (2) Runners Up winners will be selected by the AMC employees, based on the aforesaid criteria.

As the Grand Prize winner, you will receive an all-expenses-paid, 4days/3nights trip to Los Angeles, California to appear in a single episode walk-on role in Season 5 of Mad Men. This prize package will also provide you a copy of your taped walk-on role segment along with $400 as allowances and $1,000 worth of Banana Republic gift card. If Matthew Weiner likes your screen presence, you will be required to extend your trip and all the relevant expenses will be jointly borne by AMC and Banana Republic. If you become one (1) of the two (2) Runners Up winners, you will receive $1,000 worth of Banana Republic gift card.
