I visited your I hop restaurant on midlothian pike in Richmond, VA. I ordered your "waffle" special and I enjoyed it however I wanted an additional half of waffle only. I even would've accepted a whole waffle but I was told you didn't sell it that way. If you can offer pancakes only then why not waffles? This was inconvenient & I was disappointed. ref store 928...on mar 10....2nd time this winter,,liked the food and service,,,did not like the tables being bussed emp.using cart,,and making noise that was alarming to us,while she cleared the dishes and dropped into the plastic bins...I spoke with the manager as we left,and commented on how up setting it was to us...
In Palm Springs,Carrows,and Cocos,waitstaff bus tables by hand,,,
