turbo needs to keep there people MORE up to date WHAT??they are telling people when they call???? it took me two months to get my card and many phone calls..BY THE WAY plus i sign up for direct deposit in Feb when i mail my amended...i just found out yesterday IRS DOES NOT DIRECT DEPOSIT AMENDED taxes..when i call tt card the guy still tied to tell me IRS is WRONG....u r sssooo RIGHT STAY AWAY FR TT & TT card..thank you - posted 19 months ago by margaux

DO NOT opt for the Turbo Tax Card. Not only did it take over a month and a half to receive the card in the mail, it was HANDS DOWN THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED. I was HUNG UP ON on TWO separate occasions, and was refused every request I made, including one to have money transferred from the account into MY OWN checking account. The FEES ARE OUTRAGEOUS and the SPENDING LIMITS ARE A JOKE. The card is designed to COST YOU MONEY by doing their best to CONTROL YOUR FINANCES.
